01

Why this configuration

The draw-out breaker arrangement can support planned inspection and maintenance workflows, subject to the interlocking and operational procedure specified for the delivered switchgear. A modular architecture permits a project-specific lineup rather than a one-size-fits-all installation.

02

Highlights

  • Modular and extensible lineup
  • Front-side operation in listed configuration
  • Draw-out VCB
  • Interlocking and internal-arc considerations
  • Configurable protection and auxiliary equipment

03

Where it is used

Primary distribution at substations, industrial MV receiving/distribution points and suitable infrastructure installations where the network design requires this switchgear type.

Questions about the 12 kV AIS

It refers to a vacuum circuit breaker arrangement designed to move between defined service/test/isolated positions as provided by the equipment design; safe use must follow the approved interlocks and operating instructions.

Suitability depends on the approved short-circuit rating of the selected configuration and the calculated network fault level.

Request the approved GA drawing for the exact panel configuration.
