02Applications
No two electrical distribution projects are identical. A utility prioritises fault management and standardisation. An EPC project team needs confirmed dimensions and interface data. An industrial facility weighs safety, serviceability and operational continuity. Start with the application, then discover the equipment and engineering information that fits.

Network switching, standardisation and remote visibility.

Design coordination, technical schedules and site integration.

Plant distribution, safety and continuity.

Efficient spatial planning and controlled power distribution.

Appropriate MV interfaces for distributed generation and charging infrastructure.

Dependable technical coordination and approved project supply.

04Heritage & manufacturing
C-SEC's medium-voltage business traces its engineering lineage to the 2008 C&S Electric–Efacec joint venture. Today, C-SEC continues the development and supply of primary and secondary distribution switchgear and packaged substation solutions.

10Questions
C-SEC Technologies manufactures medium-voltage equipment for primary and secondary distribution: 12, 24 and 36 kV air-insulated switchgear with draw-out vacuum circuit breakers, a 33 kV outdoor VCB kiosk, SF6-insulated ring main units for indoor, indoor/outdoor and outdoor use, a 33 kV RMU, and 12/24 kV packaged substations.
Primary distribution switchgear, such as an AIS lineup with draw-out VCBs, handles switching and protection at substations and MV receiving points. Secondary distribution equipment, such as a ring main unit, provides compact switching, sectionalising and protection closer to the load. The right choice depends on the project SLD, ratings and site conditions.
