Quality That Can Be Examined, Not Merely Claimed
Engineering confidence requires a clear connection between specifications, manufacturing controls, verified product performance and documentation. Our quality content explains what is assessed, when it is assessed and which records apply to the relevant product.
01
Quality journey
Incoming material checks — confirm received components against the approved requirements. In-process checks — assess defined build stages. Assembly verification — inspect mechanical and electrical interfaces. Routine tests — verify the manufactured equipment against applicable product tests. Release documentation — identify serial number, product revision and relevant records.
02
A closer look at testing
Demonstrate only actual safely filmed tests approved by engineering: mechanical operation checks, insulation verification, wiring/functional checks, and other product-specific procedures. Each demonstration should name the test's purpose, not disclose hazardous operating instructions or confidential data.

Technical assurance FAQ
Is a type test repeated on each manufactured panel?
Type tests and routine tests have distinct roles. The exact routine programme comes from the product standard and approved plan.
